FOUNDING EDITION
AN OPEN LETTER:
You don't need another planner telling you to pick one passion.
You don't need to become less curious.
You don't need to stop having ideas.
And you definitely don't need another elaborate productivity system that becomes one more thing to maintain.
You need a way to capture what excites you, decide what deserves your attention now, finish more of what matters, turn the right work into assets, and build a business and life that create more freedom instead of consuming it.
SEED → BUILD → ASSET → SYSTEM → HARVEST
SEED
Capture possibilities without making every idea today's assignment.
BUILD
Choose what deserves attention and finish the experiment.
ASSET
Turn finished work into something that can keep creating value.
SYSTEM
Build repeatable support around what works.
HARVEST
Collect the money, evidence, opportunities and freedom the work creates.
Start with the human. See your interests, skills, experiences, unfinished work, curiosities and ideas as raw material, then begin building an orchard of creative work and assets that can be tended over time.
Capture every idea without making every idea today's assignment. Keep the Workbench small enough that the things on it can actually be finished.
Decide what deserves your attention using Ripeness, Route, Evidence, Leverage and Friction, then ask the question that still matters: do I actually want to make this?
Finish the smallest useful version. Then ask what the finished thing can become, how it can keep creating value, and what deserves to be systemized.
Let the work meet the world. Publish it, sell it, pitch it, license it or distribute it, then notice what reality teaches you.
Ask the question underneath the entire method:
“How much future freedom does this create per unit of my attention?”
A practical Google Sheets companion for keeping your Seeds, Workbench, Assets, Evidence and Harvest decisions somewhere you can actually return to.
The method doesn't end when you finish reading. The tracker gives you one ongoing place to use it.
Built in public. Tested in real life.
I'm building Dear Creatives in public and using myself as Client Zero.
I'm applying the method to my own art, unfinished projects, products, old ideas, business experiments and wildly inconvenient new ideas.
I'm paying attention to what gets finished, what sells, what creates momentum, what becomes an asset, what creates more work than it's worth and what actually makes life freer.
The Dispatch will evolve because of that evidence.
Edition 01 is being published while I actively test and develop this work in the real world.
Founding readers are coming in early, while I'm still collecting evidence, testing the method and discovering what deserves to come next.
Founding readers receive the current system and future updates to this edition as they are released.
Founding access is $47. The price is scheduled to increase to $97 on December 1, 2026 as the work develops.
